Our mission is to provide the highest level of nursing care and rehabilitative services for residents.DESCRIPTIONSeek motivated individual experienced in leading, supervising and empowering the center's team. Licensed administrator will lead interdisciplinary team to meet quality benchmarks, resident, family and employee satisfaction benchmarks, and financial goals. Individual will work with the center's team to address business objectives, marketing strategies, and staff development. Individual must be experienced in Louisiana State and Federal Long erm Care Regulations. Knowledge in Medicare, Medicaid, MDS and Care Plans, AR, HR. REQUIREMENTS5 years of Long Term Care experience in Skilled Nursing facility.Must have availability to travel as needed to accomplish the position.Licensed Administrator in the State of Louisiana.Must be computer literate and have working knowledge of MS Office.Must have excellent communication skills, orally and written. Must be able to plan, train, organize, and effectively present to group meetings.Must have ability to evaluate, analyze data, and processes to determine effectiveness and cost benefit of efforts.Must be able to work independently.Excellent benefits and competitive pay.
