About CRA:Restorative approaches, also called restorative practices, are processes and strategies used in workplaces, schools, and the justice system to build, strengthen, and repair relationships. CRA is an integral part of NHS' Community Building Initiative. NHS revitalizes communities by increasing the number of homeowners and transforming vacant or substandard properties into sustainable homeownership. NHS improves quality of life through targeted community development, leadership, education, outreach and collaboration. About the Administrative Assistant:The Administrative Assistant will report to the Director for Center for Restorative Approaches and is responsible for supporting a team of trainers and facilitators and administrators through general office work.
