We would share the bathroom, kitchen and all living spaces. The living spaces are large enough to accommodate your furniture. Rent is $950 per month with a $250 security deposit. $950 includes rent, all utilities and wifi. The apartment has new hardwood floors, new refrigerator, garbage disposal, a washer/dryer facility in the backyard and a pool. Plenty of parking on Magazine and around the corner. This is a SAFE neighborhood, well lit, right on streetcar and bus lines, and all the lower garden district activities, art galleries and restaurants.No pets. A six month commitment is required.
